We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. If your harness has been worn on walks, we're unable to accept it back for hygiene reasons.

To start a return or exchange, email helpblumia@outlook.com with your order number and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
